Minimum Stay

A two night minimum stay is required on Fridays and Saturdays, exceptions may be made based on availability.

Room Deposit

For each suite reserved, a minimum 1 night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation with the credit card provided to us.
The blanace of the stay is due at check-in and payable with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Travelers Checks, or Cash.

Smoking

All suites are non-smoking and ask that you be considerate of other guests if you do choose to smoke outdoors. Smoking in your suite will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $250.00.

Cancellations

The chateau must be called 15 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date or you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
For group reservations of 3-5 rooms, 30 days notice is required. For more than 5 rooms, 60 days notice is required.
If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, you will be refunded the re-rented amount.
No shows receive no refund and will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
All cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee per room.
